The walls and the bottom of these oven-safe moulds are composed of two
layers: one layer is smooth while the other is corrugated. Together, they
form a series of air chambers that promote more even baking.

8 Eggs
4 Cups Flour
3 Cups Sugar
4 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Cup Warm Milk
1 Tsp. Pound Cake Flavoring
1 Tsp. Creme Bouquet Flavoring
Juice of Lemon or Orange to Taste
The ingredients should be at room temperature before mixing.
Place ingredients in a large bowl and mix for about 20 minutes.
Place in a 16” x 4” x 4” Loaf Pan. Spray pan with Baker’s
Joy, or grease and flour.
Preheat oven to 325° F.
Bake for 1-1/2 hours, or until your Cake Tester comes out clean.
Invert
onto a rack for cooling before serving.
