PAPER BAKING MOULDS

Keeps its form during baking.
Heat resistant up to 200°C (390°F).
They do not need to be removed from food being baked.
Printed with food-safe inks that are heat- and alcohol-resistant.
Pinhole base perforations prevent surface sweating from excess humidity.
THE ADVANTAGES OF CORRUGATION:
The walls and the bottom of these oven-safe moulds are composed of two
layers: one layer is smooth while the other is corrugated. Together, they
form a series of air chambers that promote more even baking.

SIDES: High density, pure cellulose, glossy, micro-fluted corrugated paper.
Weight: 125-145 g/m² (grams per square meter of paper stock).

Maria’s Pound Cake
1 Lb. Butter
8 Eggs
4 Cups Flour
3 Cups Sugar
4 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Cup Warm Milk
1 Tsp. Vanilla or any Flavoring
Juice of Lemon or Orange to Taste
The ingredients should be at room temperature before mixing.
Place ingredients in a large bowl and mix 20 for minutes or more.
Place in a 16” x 4” x 4” Loaf Pan. Spray pan with Baker’s
Joy, or grease and flour.
Preheat oven to 325o F.
Bake for 1-1/2 hours, or until your Cake Tester comes out clean. Invert
onto a rack for cooling before serving.
