Tricks of the Trade

For perfectly level cakes, use the Magi-Cake strips. Saturate the fabric strips in water, squeeze out excessive moisture, wrap strip around outside of pan, place in oven and bake. When done, let strips dry out and use again and again.

A professional method of greasing pans is with our Baker's Joy. Because it contains flour and oil, simply spray Baker's Joy to get a nice, thin, even coating of flour and oil. Fat free.
