The Melitta style of making coffee is the best
I have been making my coffee using this style of filter holder since I started drinking/making coffee in 1969! THIS porcelain filter holder far surpasses any plastic version around bc they eventually break-down in the dishwasher. I highly recommend purchasing this #2 Porcelain Coffee Filter Holder at a great price.
