Description
The brustolina is common in kitchens throughout Italy. This grill (graticola) is used for more than just a bread toaster (tostapane). On the stove, the brustolina diffuses heat evenly to quickly heat and toast slices of bread, to crisp bread for bruschetta, to crisp slices of polenta, to roast peppers, and more.

    Love the tostapane!

    I’ve wanted this Brustolina - La Gratella Graticola Tostapane for a long time. It is perfect for toasting bruschetta or polenta. It gives a flavor you can’t get in an oven. I even made toast on it when the power went out. It does take a bit to clean it so minus a star. But, I love it…when I use it, I feel like I’m cooking in Italy!
