Adds the sweet, nutty flavor of almonds to your cakes, cookies, pies and pastries. Blends well with many other flavors including vanilla, chocolate, caramel, apple, pear, coconut, cherry and strawberry and is a very versatile flavor for frostings, icing, fillings, ice cream and beverages.
Contains alcohol, water, and bitter almond oil. As with all our natural extracts and flavors, this extract is sugar-free and gluten-free. Stronger than most extracts. Bake- and freeze-proof. One teaspoon is usually sufficient for your typical cake or cookie recipe.
