Anis Oil (Illium verum) is distilled from the fruit of star anise, an evergreen shrub. The oil has a licorice-like flavor and aroma. Highly concentrated, a drop or two is sufficient for most applications.

Fante’s has been my go to for all my baking oils. The anise is the absolute best! I am so thankful that they ship as I moved from NJ to SC and still getting my oils from Fante’s!
