Our Pure Cinnamon Extract is intensely sweet and tastes like the ground spice. This is not another 'red hot' cinnamon flavor. This flavoring can be used for baking, beverages and ice cream. Excellent for coffee, tea, mulled cider, beer, sangria and wine. Try in sauces for pork and game.
