Fante's Pure Lavender Extract 2-Oz

Incredibly versatile. Can be used in both sweet and savory cooking applications. Add a small amount to flavor lemonade, tea, chocolate cake, brownies, frosting, fruit salad, ice cream and sorbet. Can be used to replace rosemary in sauces and salad dressings. The flavor is much more herbal than floral. Try adding it to a brine containing water, salt and pepper for marinating chicken. Can be also be used to enhance the fragrance of sachets, floral bouquets and potpourri.

Contains alcohol, water and the finest pure oil lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) imported from France. As with all our natural extracts and flavors, it is sugar-free and gluten-free.
