2 in. Heating Cores, Set of 4

4 heating cores. 1-15/16 in. long stem, 1.25 in. round base. Stainless steel. Use with cakes 12 in. and larger, to draw heat more evenly up from the pan's center area. Place in pan near the center, base down, before adding batter.
