Description
11.5 x 9 in., 0.25 in. thick. Nonporous, wood-based material. Made with multiple layers of FSC certified wood fibers, compressed with a food-safe resin. Heat resistant to 350°F / 176°C. Dishwasher safe, but don't leave to soak. Stain resistant. Dense, not hard, surface resists dulling knives. NSF approved for commercial use.

    I bought these. Two replace. 2 Epicurean boards that had become worn after ten years. These boards clean up well and don't blunt my knives.
