Fante's Chocolate Natural Flavor Blend 2-Oz

Has a rich, creamy, dark chocolate flavor. Can be used in beverages, baked goods, ice cream and confectionery products. One teaspoon is sufficient for your typical cake or cookie recipe. In chocolate ice cream, we recommend three ounces per 5 gallons of ice cream containing cocoa powder.

Contains propylene glycol, natural flavor, water and triacetin (a food grade solvent and emulsifer). As with all our natural extracts and flavors, it is sugar-free and gluten-free.

Fante's Natural Flavor Blends contain only natural flavor ingredients, including flavors that enhance the named flavor, plus ingredients that are not part of the flavor and used to dilute, emulsify, and liquify. Fante's Natural Flavor Blends conform to the Code of Federal Regulations, Food Labeling Requirements 21 CFR 101.22.
