Fante's Cousin Eugenio's Italian Bell Corkscrew

The bell of the Fante's Cousin Eugenio's Italian Bell Corkscrew rests on top of the bottle when the screw is turned down into the cork, and as the screw continues to be turned, the cork is drawn up into the ring, from which point the cork is easily drawn out.
The side of the bell is cut away, so as to form an opening or recess, with a hook to lift off bottle caps, aided by the leverage of the handle design.
