Tastes like strawberry jam. This bake and freeze-proof flavor is ideal for use in baked goods, beverages and ice cream. Clear and colorless, it is very popular for use in butter cream. One teaspoon is sufficient for your typical cake or cookie recipe.

Contains propylene glycol, water, natural flavor, and triacetin (food grade solvent and emulsifier). As with all our natural extracts and flavors, it is sugar-free and gluten-free. Clear and colorless.
