Malloreddus Pasta Board

5.75 in. long, 2.75 in. wide, 0.35 in. thick. Natural beechwood. Sardinian malloreddus looks like gnocchetti (small gnocchi), however it is made only with semolina flour and water, and sometimes with saffron. Ridge direction and size differs from gnocchi and cavatelli.
